Congratulations to RCS teacher, Kristin Baxley! Mrs. Baxley was awarded the “Excellence in Catholic Education Diocesan Award” from the Catholic Diocese of Richmond which was presented to her by Bishop Knestout.
The Excellence in Catholic Education Awards honor teachers who represent the best in Catholic teaching across the diocese. Each year, administrators and colleagues at each school select one teacher to be recognized for their exceptional commitment to Catholic education through their leadership and service to their students, parents, colleagues, parishes, and school communities.
Each school announces its Excellence in Catholic Education Award winner during the month of February. The school award winners are then considered for three Excellence in Catholic Education Diocesan Awards and the Elizabeth Ann Seton Award
